Responsibilities: 

Key responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks focused on sourcing and onboarding both established and unestablished adult content creators. The recruiter will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential adult content creators through various channels.

  • Building and maintaining a database of potential candidates.

  • Conducting persuasive outreach to adult content creators, showcasing the benefits and opportunities of joining our platform.

  • Negotiating terms and agreements with adult content creators to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.

  • Collaborating with marketing teams to create compelling recruitment campaigns.

  • Providing support and guidance to adult content creators throughout the onboarding process.

  • Identifying and recruiting attractive individuals with no prior experience in adult content creation, conveying the potential for personal and financial growth within the industry.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract a diverse range of talents to our platform.

  • Managing communication and coordination with potential recruits, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all recruitment activities align with industry regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

We're seeking a versatile candidate with a unique set of skills tailored for the role of Recruiter. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Familiarity with Adult Content Platforms: Proficiency in navigating and utilizing popular adult platforms such as Chaturbate, FetLife, PornHub, etc., to effectively recruit and engage potential adult content creators.

  • Technical Competence: Aptitude with technology and software relevant to remote recruitment processes, including proficiency with communication tools, applicant tracking systems, and virtual meeting platforms.

  • Social Media and Online Presence: Demonstrated expertise in leveraging social media and online channels to identify, engage, and attract potential candidates. Ability to craft compelling recruitment messages and utilize social media platforms effectively for outreach.

  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish meaningful connections. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying the benefits and opportunities of joining our platform.

Expectations and Work Schedule:

This role offers flexibility, allowing recruiters to work remotely with rare on-site presence requirements. Anticipate dedicating at least 40 hours per week, with some weeks requiring 50-60 hours. While there's no specific dress code for day-to-day activities, we expect a professional appearance during video calls with candidates.

This is a mandatory security measure to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of our work during business operations. Salary and Benefits:

Our first-year base salary ranges from $40,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we offer commissions and merit-based profit-sharing opportunities.
